Hervé NGOY KALUMBA

During his prestigious career as a lawyer, he gained the trust of his peers by being elected twice as a member of the Council of the Lubumbashi Bar Association. Furthermore, he was a member of the commission tasked with establishing a partnership between the Lubumbashi Bar Association and the Dutch-speaking Bar of Brussels. He was also a member of the International Criminal Bar.

Mr. NGOY KALUMBA also acted as a representative for Mines and Quarries in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

After 24 years of active involvement with the Lubumbashi Bar Association, he chose to dedicate himself fully to the creation and development of GROUP TIA.

Tity KIBAMBE NGOIE

Mrs. KIBAMBE NGOIE, a law graduate from the University of Kinshasa, has over twenty years of experience in legal advisory, human resources management, and contract management within both public and private institutions.

She began her career as a Deputy Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance of GOMBE/KINSHASA/DRC. Subsequently, she held the position of Head of Office for Katanga Province at SAIT TELECOMS (OASIS-TIGO).

Her career also led her to Trust Merchant Bank, where she served as Head of Collections and then as Head of Marketing and Public Relations. This experience allowed her to gain solid expertise in commercial, marketing, and credit recovery domains.

Mrs. KIBAMBE also co-managed the Luena Thermal Power Plant (CTL Sarl) and served as Administrative and Legal Director at Top Service SARL (T.S. CIS), where she was responsible for personnel management and legal matters of the company.

This intellectual background led her to join GROUP TIA, where she has held the position of General Manager since 2019, playing a key role in the expansion and growth of the company.

Marie-Eugénie
PREUX BILAMBO

Mrs. PREUX BILAMBO studied law at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium and holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School in London, United Kingdom.

Throughout her career, she has held various responsible positions:

  • Training Director at Congo Equipment – DRC
  • Managing Partner at BIL CONSULTING SARL – DRC
  • Head of Legal and Human Resources Department at Trust Merchant Bank – DRC
  • Legal Advisor and Project Manager at HOFAT (Hope for All Trust) in London – United Kingdom
  • Legal Advisor at the Public Center for Social Welfare of Jette (CPAS-Jette) in Brussels –  Belgium


With over twenty years of experience in human resources management, she has developed strong skills in communication and leadership. Her exposure to various socio-economic cultures has enabled her to easily adapt to different ethnic groups and to the challenges faced by companies on an international scale.

Currently, she holds the position of General Manager at TIA WORK FORCE SOLUTION since the inception of the organization.

Yves MAYAYA

Mr. MAYAYA is a commercial engineer graduate from the University of Mons-Hainaut in Belgium.

He has 20 years of multi-sector experience in the field of financial and accounting auditing.

Throughout his career, he has held various financial roles, notably as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director within Groupe Forrest International and Compagnie Minière du Sud Katanga (CMSK), respectively, before joining GROUP TIA.

As a Chartered Accountant accredited by the National Order of Chartered Accountants (ONEC) of the Democratic Republic of Congo, he has been a Managing Partner at TIAFRICA FINANCE SAS since its inception. He is responsible for auditing numerous major international companies and organizations. His in-depth knowledge of the Congolese environment is a major asset in the exercise of his duties.
